In the coming few months, the face of Sisamau assembly constituency will be altered. The Kanpur Municipal Corporation (KMC) has planned to carry out 103 development works worthy Rs. 39 cores. A proposal for the same has been made.

Under this proposal, Bhairoghat will undergo beautification with a sum of Rs. 4 crore. At present, the municipal corporation is constructing a drain to improve the drainage system in the area. Six community centres, drains, footpaths and roads will be repaired too.

Currently, due to lack of a smooth drainage system, the Bhairoghat area remains filled with dirty water. People coming to the crematorium for cremation get stuck in open drains. Now, apart from fixing the drainage issues, the municipal corporation has also included the work of beautification of Bhairoghat in the development works with Rs. 39 crore in Sisamau assembly constituency.

Under this, the road leading to the crematorium and Bhairo temple will be repaired. Lights will be installed and the mess inside the crematorium will be rectified. As soon as the proposal is approved, a tender will be made.

The work is expected to start from September and as per reports, the proposal is ready too.
