The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) has formed a strategic alliance with Starkenn Technologies Private Limited to conduct a joint research project focused at building unique mmWave antennas for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.
The collaborative endeavour will prioritise the design, development, and prototyping of unique mmWave antennas, followed by extensive testing and real-time validation on an ADAS platform. The collaboration will utilise IIT Kanpur's mmWave Research facilities and Starkenn Technologies' industry expertise.
This partnership combines technical skills, domain knowledge, and access to cutting-edge research facilities. It is a big step towards developing safer vehicle systems that use the most recent advances in mmWave technology, ensuring real-time precision and reliability in driver aid functions.
